Nano electric
TATA Nano may become electric. In the 80th Geneva car show, TATA revealed that it will target to sell the electric version of its cheapest version of cars, the Nano to U.K and few European countries within the next 3 years. The price of the electric version is still unknown. Interestingly, TATA has no plans to introduce the same in India, quotes CNN IBN in its website.
TATA Nano, commonly called as the 1 Lakh car in India, is planning to export its current petrol version to the Europe starting next year. This is one of TATA’s strategy to enter into emerging.
